The material girl is teaming up with pals Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for the new “MDG” shades range. The team sketched more than 50 styles of frames for the Material Girl before finally settling on six for the MDG line-up.

The collection will include retro black plastic shades and gold-and-silver metal frames and will be produced and distributed by D&G’s eyewear licensee, Luxottica in May
