Rachel Roy has been dazzling us with her self-named line since it launched in 2005. Now, this little number may not be the smartest choice in December, but damn – it’s hot. That’s what the coat check is for any way, right? Made from a sheer silk-chiffon, the tank features thick jacquard stripes with a scoop neck and racer back.
